What We Do

The Bradenton Downtown Development Authority (BDDA) invests Tax Increment Financing (TIF) to revitalize downtown Bradenton and neighborhoods within the Bradenton and 14th Street Community Redevelopment Areas (CRA).

Who We Are

The BDDA is governed by an eight-person board of directors.  The directors are appointed by the City of Bradenton’s Mayor and confirmed by Bradenton’s City Council.  The Authority’s day-to-day operations are managed by an Executive Director.
